The guesthouse kitchen is not the same as the main kitchen or the training kitchen, this kitchen is more classical and smaller. Most of the times only one chef works there, but maximum two can work there. The chef's name that works there is Steve. It is fun to work with him, never a dull moment. The guesthouse self is classy, you have your 7 rooms, which is different from another, there is not one room that looks the same. the people there decides when they want to eat, and can decide what they want from the same ingredients. For example, if we make a breakfast with bacon, eggs, toast, mushrooms, tomato and a bechamel sauce, they can decide if they want it like that, or if they want an omelet.
