Practical day!!!!!!!!
On this day, we had to make chicken and rice.  The only heat source that we were allowed to use was fire.  There was a rice package hidden under cloths, so we had no idea what kind of rice there was.  So as everyone was choosing, I chose Pasta rice . . . what to do what to do I thought, but at last I knew what to do . . . and here is the recipes for my Vegie Pasta rice with Lemon and Herb Chicken.  Very happy I came second!!!

Chicken:    celery, mixed herbs, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, pepper, white wine (Own
                   Instinct)
                   Cut your chicken into 8 pieces
                   Rinse chicken
                   Put into a mixing bowl and cover with you spices (celery, mixed herbs,                      rosemary, lemon juice, salt, pepper and white wine)
                   Heat up your oil, about 1 cup
                   Once heated, insert your chicken with the remaining sauce
                   Cook till chicken is tender

Vegetables: carrots, spring onion, celery, onions
                   Blanche the vegetables till soft
                   Set aside

Pasta Rice: follow the instructions on the package and cook rice
                   After it is cooked, strain the rice and rinse the rice to shock it (stop the                           cooking process
                   Put it back on to the heat
                   Add your vegetables that you have blanched
                   Add a bit of white wine to taste
                   Add salt to taste
                   Last add a bit of your chicken sauce to taste
