Moselesele is our tent camp, where people can decide if they would like a chef or not. The chalets is a normal brick building with a tent roof. Back to the chef part, the kitchen is almost the size of a basic kitchen in any house. We have our gas stove, small flat top, basin, tables to work on and 2 fridges. There is limited walking space, so maximum 2 chefs can work there.
At the tent camp, its normal food that is being prepared, depends on what the guests would like to eat. The chef will prepare breakfast, sometimes lunch and then also dinner. The outside fire is being prepared by the chefs and the fare place is also cleaned by the chefs.
Your shift everyday is a split shift, from 07:30 to 11:00 and then again 16:00 to 21:00, most of the times it depends on when the guests finishes.
